In life, Andrew Borba was wanted for questioning in a double murder. He was turned into a vampire when The Order of Aurelius crashed a bus he was in, and sired him. His body was taken to a morgue, where he woke up and attacked The Slayer who was looking for The Anointed One. Because she had never seen either before, she mistook Borba for The Anointed. . 

Totally wacked out as both a human and a vampire. He was a typical new vampire, amazed by his new, enhanced senses and frustrated by his weak....Borba was killed when he was trapped in a crematorium and incinerated after Buffy thought that he had killed her date......

Sandy is a girl who in the episode the Two faces was transformed into vampire by Alterna Willow with Bronze. She could have remained an anonymous character if she did not reappear in the Blood ties in season 5 where she tries to dredge Riley with the bar At Willy .

                Holden Webster

Holden was a former Sunnydale High student, known as Webs he was in the same European History class as Buffy. He was sired by Spike and awoke as a vampire with Buffy standing over him. After a talk between the two of them, where Buffy poured out her feelings and Holden gave his honest answer.

Is a incarnation of the absolute evil or a true vampire? If it is the second solution, this student was generated by Spike in Connivences . He made studies of psycho and a boarding school in psychiatry with the asylum of Sunnydale, and tries to psychoanalyse Buffy . If that helps us to learn from the things on the tueuse one, one can only also conclude that Holden is very gifted to destabilize it, even to make it cry! It lowers its guard and is even let strike.
